Friends Old & New!
On our last trip to Guatemala in 2009 we met quite a few of Barbra's dear friends.
She lovingly shared her friends with us - her friends are now our friends & vice versa... When she comes to the UK many of our buddies enjoy company with us all ...
If only we could spilt ourselves in half and live in both places we'd have managed by now to maintain the friendships to a greater degree and we would all be firm friends!!
However, this time round as we've had a good long stay it's been great to be in a position to return hospitality in our rented house & we've grown to love you all tremendously - growing very fond of you all.
How are we going to leave??
Isn't the family we belong to wonderful - don't we appreciate all these aspects of brotherhood. If this is what Jehovah provides for us now in this old world Wow Wow Weee 'eye has not seen & ear not heard' what treats we have in store ' 'because we love Him' - what a banquet we will have!!
New World Translation 1 Cor 2:9 'But just as it is written: “Eye has not seen and ear has not heard, nor have there been conceived in the heart of man the things that God has prepared for those who love him.”
So we thank those who have shown us hospitality this time and last time round & we have delighted in the opportunities we have had to return it this time - & they'll be a 'next time' we hope
