Coffee Planation Tour & Zip Wire Canopy Experience
From which we learnt 'don't drink instant coffee' it's not good enough nor worth it!
The dregs of the harvested beans are used, beans not even good enough for lowest grade 1 of the 5 grades - this coffee bean ends up as instant, fir instance some beans even have the 'driller bug' in them or other deformities thus then becomes your powdered substitute.

We spend hours laughing, eating & enjoying 'speciality granola' in the shared communal rooms if Casa Ruinas.
As a treat we returned to El Convento a favorite Hotel / Restaurant from our last Guatemalan trip 2009
